The apartments are housed in the beautiful former monastery of San Sisto.

Located just 14 KM ouside Rome, the villa is situated in beautiful, pristine landscape surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.  There are many opportunities for country walks or to relax by the poolside.

The centre of Rome is only 30 minute ride away.

In 1400 Pope Boniface VIII gave permission to sell it.  During the reign of Pope Martin, it was in the possession of the Colonna family till 1432 when Odoardo Colonna sold it to Giacomo di Alessio Cenci. In 1903, Domenico Lanza purchased the property from Prince Boncompagni.
