Patricia Apartment (which is actually a private
house), is located in the quiet heart of Trastevere, just steps away from the
Botanical Gardens, the Palazzo Corsini, La Farnesina and John Cabot
University. And yet, the vibrant cultural and night life of Trastevere is
a short walk away....as is Campo dei Fiori, the Vatican and Piazza Navona.
The house is fully furnished, with 3 BDRs (each with its own bathroom).
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, skylight, TV/VCR, A/C.
The other upstairs bedroom has a single bed, DVD/VCR playback for movies,
A/C, desk area, and lots of shelves, drawers and closet space. The
downstairs guest room has a double bed, dresser drawers, and closet space.
The spacious living room has a high, wood-beamed ceiling, stone fireplace,
marble floors, piano, and steps down into a full dining room with a corner
office space (which is equipped with high speed wireless internet
access). A door from the dining room leads one into a fully equipped
gourmet kitchen, with marble countertops, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and
washing machine. All of the upstairs and downstairs rooms in the house
look out through windows or doors to the beautiful garden, which floods the
house with light all year round. A weekly house and garden maintenance is
included in the price.
